despite the 'charming' decor, the lack of air conditioning in my room was a huge letdown and simply unacceptable. and honestly, not having even a refrigerator felt like a joke to me. I almost thought about giving a good review, but how could I when I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for enduring this less than basic experience?

The absence of a lift is frustrating!!! The odor in the room is unbearable, and the basic toiletries are laughable!!! Improve the climate control, as it’s crude to require assistance for basic temperature adjustments!!!

Hotel Loreto is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the Loreto metro. Rooms are clean, and I loved the large bathroom! Just be prepared for thin walls, noise can be an issue. Not a bad place for a short stay!

The location made exploring Milan easy, just a 2-minute walk from the Loreto metro. Daily room cleaning kept everything tidy, and the marble floors gave a nice touch. The breakfast included decent coffee and simple pastries but could use more variety for a fuller start to the day. Unfortunately, the room felt a bit cramped, especially with twin beds instead of the requested double. Toiletries were minimal, with only a small bar of soap and one towel provided, making me wish for a more complete set. Noise from the hallway could be disruptive at night.

during my three-night stay, I loved how close I was to Corso Buenos Aires for shopping and also just a short walk from the peaceful Milan Natural History Museum, which made my weekend city strolls super enjoyable.

Staying with friends was a blast! The bar downstairs had great drinks at low prices, and breakfast was a nice start to each day. We loved that we could walk to the metro in minutes and explore nearby places. The room was quiet and comfy, perfect for recharging after visiting Shocking Club and Monte Grappa. Would totally recommend this spot!

The room we had was on the smaller side, which wasn’t exactly what we envisioned. It was clean and well-maintained, but if you're looking for spacious accommodations, this may not be the one for you.
